Terms of Service

All production engagements are subject to a written agreement or confirmed purchase order. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the agreed advance payment.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard terms require a 50% advance to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the date of the event. Late payment may result in withholding of services or equipment.

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 15–30 days are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations within 15 days of the event date are non-refundable.

The client is responsible for the safekeeping of all Anujay Ventures equipment while on-site. Any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the event period will be charged to the client at full replacement cost.

EventPro shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
